04-17-05 (10:43 p.m.) Caller states there is a live band at (Roman Pub) and they
are very loud

04-14-06 (12:05 a.m.) Bar maid was “advised of ongoing complaints and was
receptive to suggestions for resolving them. Similar incident was addressed by
responding officer on 3-23-06.”
04-20-06 “. . .Spoke
to bartender, doors were open. . .they were advised to shut them.”
04-25-06 (12:36 a.m.) “. . .continuing noise complaint.
The business door was open and music was audible from the property line.”
04-27-06 (12:08 a.m.) Loud music and yelling
04-28-06 (12:57 a.m.) “The door on the east side of building was open and music
was very loud. Officer was spotted by
patrons standing in doorway and the door was closed. . . (Bar maid) was advised
again as were the patrons that continued calls would bring possible sanctions.”

. .Responding officer witnessed both the main entrance door and east side door
open and music could be heard from two parking lots east of above. . .the
bartender states she has never been told to leave the door closed. Responding
officer advised (bar maid) the doors
must be left closed and the music turned down. . .(Bar
manager) stated the bartenders that have been advised in the past did not relay
the information to her.
05-06-06 (2:49 a.m.) Responding officer went by Roman Pub again noticed east
door wide open and the music blaring out into back neighborhood. Barmaid was
again advised, but she apparently is not getting the idea that the noise is too
loud coming from the bar. Responding officer called bar manager and asked her
to comply with our requests.”
06-10-06 (1:23 a.m.) “Police department responded for the report of loud music. Music and conversation could be heard by the
responding officers. . .The county liquor license is
#649099.”
10-05-06 “. . .Upon
arrival responding officer heard very loud music coming from the back side of
he building (north) where the doors were open.
. .advised her (bar maid) to close all doors to the bar and turn down the music. This has been an ongoing problem. . .”
10-16-06 “Bartender was advised to
shut the side and rear doors of the bar due to the loud music. This is an ongoing problem in the surrounding
neighborhood.”
10-16-06 (11:39 a.m.) “Police department responded to roman Pub for second loud
music complaint within one hour. Bartender was strongly advised that any future
complaints would result in enforcement action.”
10-17-06 (3:29 a.m.) “Responding
officers responded to the Roman time for the third time on the above date. . .”
10-18-06 (11:44 p.m.) “. . .Sound meter reading of 66.5 db ten feet from rear door. .
.”

noise. She stated that she would close the side and rear doors of the business
and would try to limit the noise.”

Responding officer asked bartender to turn down music and she complied immediately. She also said
